Blessings From Our Sadguru Sai Baba

Shirdi Sai Baba devotee Sunitha Dinesh from US says: Om Sai Ram, I would like to share couple of more experiences of our loving mother Saima, and it goes as below.

On May 9th, Baba blessed me to join 41 Saptaah Parayan group. Shri Sai Baba has given an idea to spiritual coordinators to start 41 Saptaah Sai Satcharitra Parayan (through Sai Anugraha Spiritual trust). As the name is self-explanatory, it is 41 weeks of Sai Satcharitra Parayan starting from 4th Jan 2018. 1st week Parayan has started on 1st Thursday in 2018 i.e. 4th Jan 2018 and 41st week of parayan ends on 17th Oct 2018 which is last Wednesday before Vijaya Dashami.

One of the motto behind this is “To dedicate the fruits of the parayan for Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavanthu (World peace and Harmony). In the welfare of the world lies everyone’s welfare”. When I saw this initiative, I filled up the form and the 21st Saptaah was going to start the next day, 10th. I thought of doing one Saptaah, once a month for the next 5 months, just a thought came to pray every month for some important things that we need Baba’s blessings for and lastly to include everyone’s peace and welfare. Later that day, the co-ordinator called me to explain about this initiative and also shared that, as part of parayan reading, you can keep dakshina like Rs 2 or $2 after every day’s reading and at the end it can be offered for annadanam. Also, suggested to pray for everyone’s welfare for Samastha Loka Sukhino Bhavanthu first and in the last parayan, to pray for yourself. Baba directed and corrected what is the right way to offer the prayer.

I read Sri Pada Sri Vallabha Charitramrutam online, which I came to know after reading one of the experiences posted in Maha Parayan experiences about Lord Hanuman incarnation as Shirdi Baba. I wanted to read it properly again in a book. Through Mahajaap, Baba made me contact with a devotee in India when Mahajaap started and she was instrumental in helping to get a contact in Kuruvapur to offer a book called Dakshina (Baba’s experiences) in Kannada language. Later on found out that same devotee also distributes Charitramrutham books locally in India, she suggested to send me the book. Since the cost of the book might be more to mail it, I was hesitant to ask to mail it, so we were waiting to see if I can collect it from her when I visit India during summer. But since that trip was not working out, was thinking of asking to send her the book through one of my friends. Here, Baba’s wish was that I should read it sooner that wait for another month, so this devotee had decided to pay for the postal charge herself and mail to me to US. I started the parayan with our Gurus’ grace and will share those experiences.

Baba blessed our son get good grades in all his subjects this semester inspite of his stomach issues. Grades had come down little bit since some of the courses were hard and he was also working hard to keep it up. I was also praying to bless him to do his best and help him. One of the math subjects was going to be a B grade after the final exam score was posted and thought it was a final ‘B’, but later that night when we checked it was changed to ‘A’, he had got credit for one of the homework assignments and this was all Baba’s blessings. Cast all our burdens on Sai and be least worried of anything, for he who meditates on His name will never be alone to face any challenges. He will be always ahead of His devotee to face and resolve His devotees’ hurdles. This was and is the assurance of Baba to all His devotees. Love You Deva. Jai Jai Ho Sai.
