Sai Ram to all the members of this group. Thank you Poojaji and Hetalji for giving us this platform. This is my third experience that I am posting on this group. Kindly keep me Anonymous.

My experience is regarding the rent of our apartment. We had to renew it for this current year. Our rent was very high. The rents had really dropped down. And we got to hear that he was reducing the rent for the tenants. But when my husband had been there to enquire about renewal amount the owner hardly reduced it whereas for other tenants, he made it very less.

On hearing that I was very upset thinking why not for us? Especially because we had a lot of other issues when it came to our flat. I just kept praying to Baba and asked Him to grant my wish. Then, I personally went there to their office, spoke to the concerned person regarding my issues about the flat and pleaded her to lessen the amount. She told me that she will get back to me on it. I was kind of positive. But was waiting for the mail confirmation for the amount that I had asked for.

I played Sthavana Manjari and started listening to it. Finally, that day itself in the evening, we got a call from their office but not to the rent amount I had asked but very close to that, I was kind of content. When my husband went to their office to sign the agreement to our surprise, they agreed for the amount that I had asked for. We were the second tenant who got it for so low.

It was least expected. I was so overwhelmed with joy. It’s all because of Sai Baba. It’s a miracle. Sai, I bow down to You, also the Udi has worked wonders for us. Please forgive me Sai if I went wrong anywhere in my writing and also for the delay in posting. Love You, Deva.

We too are tenants here on this earth as our permanent abode is where the Lord resides. We are here to pay for our karmas and as soon as we are done with our debts and dealings with others (financially, emotionally, physically) our contract would end and there would be no need of renewing it (re-birth). So let us live holistically and try to reduce our rent(bad karmas). Let us be the best tenants that our landlord (Baba) will give us a place at His permanent abode. Love You Deva. Jai Jai Ho Sai. 😊
