I have been a follower of Shri Sai Baba for the last fifteen years. In the year 2006, I first prayed to Baba as I wanted a transfer to my native place Bhubaneswar from Mumbai. It was as if Baba heard my prayer and within two months my transfer request to Bhubaneswar was granted. I thanked Him and took His blessings.
After one year I got married and was relocated to Pune. Visiting Shirdi was on our wish list and by Baba’s grace me and my husband went to Shirdi and that was the first time I saw this holy place. Every year we made it a point to visit Baba in Shirdi. When we shifted to the USA, one of the few things that stuck me was, how was I going to visit Baba? But to my surprise I found His temple both in New Jersey and Michigan. I was so happy!
However, all this while I never knew about the Sai Satcharitra book or the Global Mahaparayan. It so happened that in September this year my Mom was detected with Covid. With me and my sister staying far away, my Mom was staying alone with a maid servant in our residence in Bhubaneswar. The moment I came to know about the same, I was petrified to the core. I didn’t know what to do and whom to reach out for help. I immediately prayed to Baba and decided to observe the 9 Thursday vrat (I knew about this vrat and had done it once before). All of a sudden a friend called me during that period and seeing my plight, she suggested, I read the Sai Satcharitra book. During the same time I came to know about the Global Mahaparayan from a friend and decided to join the group.
Baba can never see His followers in trouble and I can vouch for the same. It was as if Baba immediately flew to my help. My sister reached my native place and took care of my Mom. There was this restaurant named (Om Sai Ram Hotel) which immediately agreed to deliver food. My Mom sailed through the difficult phase and came out as a Covid negative after twenty days. All this wouldn’t have happened without the blessings of the Supreme lord, Shri Shirdi Sai Baba. I thanked the Almighty and Baba for help in this tough time.
I make it a point to read and complete the allocated chapters to me in time. It feels so nice knowing about Baba and His miracles.
My husband faced some issues with his work almost at the same time. The moment I came to know about it, the first thing I advised him to do was to read the Sai Satcharitra book thereby completing the same in seven days. He read it with full devotion and was at peace. Though the problem is yet to be resolved, I have full faith that Baba must be looking into it and will sort it out at the earliest.

Sairam everyone! I amValarmathimohan from the Global Mahaparayan Group MP-5947N1- Karur Sai. I am a Sai devotee from 2009 onwards and I usually read Sai Satcharitra. I joined the Global Mahaparayan Group in April 2019. I have many miracles of Sai to share. I want to share a miracle recently showered by Sai.
I had planned for the past one year to visit Shirdi on 25.09.2020 on the occasion of my husband’s 60th birthday ceremony as I would like to get Baba’s blessings for the whole day and wanted to see all Aarathi. Unfortunately, due to the current pandemic situation, there is no way to go to Shirdi. I often enquired with the persons in Shirdi about restoration of Baba’s darshan, but the situation remains unchanged. I was very disappointed and asked Baba with tears to fulfil my wish to visit Shirdi on the day of my husband’s 60th birthday. On the same day, as a way to alleviate my anxiety, I got a message from Baba saying that “What if you could not come to Shirdi, I am coming to your home.”
On 25.09.2020 early morning, we were getting ready for Ayush Homam and waiting for priests to do the pooja. I was reminded by Baba about His promise, “What if you could not come to Shirdi, I am coming to your home!” At that time, my daughter who is a devotee of Baba with her family came for pooja and my grandson gifted a parcel to us. My daughter asked me to open the gift. I replied to her, the time for the arrival of the priests is imminent, so we can open it after the pooja is over. But, she insisted on opening the gift immediately. After opening the gift, to our great surprise, Baba was sitting there with His magical smile. No words to express my joy. “Baba Has Come! Baba Has Come!” I cried with extreme happiness. Then what? My husband’s 60th birthday ceremony was merrily celebrated. I thanked my dear daughter and son-in-law with tears of joy for their precious gift. What a great blessing of Baba! Thank You Sai Appa for Your miracle blessings!

In Sai Satcharitra Ch.40, Baba says, “To keep up my words I would sacrifice even my life!” Baba always stood by His words when He was in the body form and has been doing so even after 100 years of His taking Samadhi. Baba alone knows how we would fare without Him in this worldly ocean and so He the ever merciful, kind and loving is ever at a distance of just a true call to Him from His devotees. So let us not hesitate to make a call to Baba, where the handset is our heart with specifications of unlimited love, faith, devotion and sometimes a little patience too! Thank You and Love You Deva.
