Shirdi Sai Baba Blessed Us With Our Own House During Mahaparayan

Shirdi Sai Devotee Sai Naresh from India says : Om Sai Ram, Me and My wife are part of MP-113 Mahalakshmi Sai group. We are looking to buy a flat/house from past 1 to 2 years and nothing was working out. Baba was testing our patience. And my wish was to have a own house before the 100th Anniversary of our Deva. He knows everything and exactly in 2018 March we got finalized with one.

It was 1.5 year old flat in an apartment. Land owners got few flats as their share from the builder.
Since the land owner was very badly in need of money, he agreed for the price in our budget. To whomever I said that I was buying in that location for this price everyone was saying it was a best deal that I got. I can say it was best price in that area, with good carpet area size, good lighting and facilities like swimming pool etc. and it was ready to move. In all aspects it was a very best deal. This all happened because of our Sai.

After finalizing the price, we paid our advance and went to sales agreement on 25th March, 2018, which was “Sri Rama Navami” day and it took around 40 days to finish all the loan process and we went to registration on 5th May, 2018 and we shifted to our new flat on 10th May, 2018, which was a Thursday and “Hanuman Jayanthi” (In some parts of India 10th May, 2018 Hanuman Jayanthi was celebrated, even TTD celebrated Hanuman Jayanthi in Tirumala on 10th May) see the miracle sale agreement happened on “Sri Ram Navami”, which our Deva celebrated in a grand way when He was there physically and possession to new home happened on “Hanuman Jayanthi” and more over on 10th May, Thursday our Maha parayan completed 60 Parayans and on that day the chapters I read were 39 and 40.

Its again 60 + 40 = 100, which is our Baba’s samadhi 100th year. how this happened?
No doubt His timings and calculations are above our mind.

Baba fulfilled our wish to have a house of our own in His 100th anniversary year. Baba it is not our house, it is Yours. We are living in Your house. Baba never leave my hand, hold my hand till I reach You. Sarve Jana Sukhino Bhavanthu.

One of Baba’s promises – There will be no dearth of food and clothing in the house of my devotee, Whatever seeked will be provided for just hold His hand and He will make us meet the right people at the right place and at the right time. Truly Baba Himself does the work for His devotees. It has been Rituji’s ( the ditor for this divine blog) personal experience too when she wanted to purchase her own House in a most expensive metro like Mumbai and it seemed a humongous venture and task, But when Sai steps in miracles do happen.
