My Mahaparayan Experience

Anonymous Shirdi Sai Global Mahaparayan Says:

Dear Baba, I was never a spiritual person but after I came in contact with you, I have only got closer and closer. I have been fortunate to visit Shirdi 4 times in the last 4 years since I have known You. The best darshan is after I joined the Mahaparayan.

I was always scared to travel alone and was completely dependent on my husband for travel plans. But this was my first time going alone to Shirdi from a foreign land. Yet every bit of the trip was so smooth and this was only possible because of Baba’s grace. I even got the opportunity to stay overnight in Shirdi and make many trips to Dwarkamai in the day and night and also to Samadhi mandir.

This time I bought the most beautiful Sai idol for my mandir at home. This idol has been my wish for a very long time. It looks as if Baba is alive, sitting and watching me from my altar all the time. I also had the opportunity to keep this idol for praying during Sai Narayan puja at Shirdi. I feel that my idol is now alive. Thank You Mahaparayan. This is the best thing that has happened. I can enjoy every minute of Baba’s presence though I am staying so far away from India . This is a blessing for me.

Within the last 2 years that I have been part of the Mahaparayan, there have been many upheavals in my family. One being that my husband losing his job. Within 2 months his senior colleague referred him to an office where they absorbed him in spite of not having a suitable vacancy. It was a lower position and it did made us feel sad then but now I understand it was nothing less than a miracle. It is through this same ordinary position that my husband has been able to secure a name and good will in the company. He is now eligible for a promotion to a higher level. My elder daughter has got admission to pursue higher studies in a prestigious institution.

During this period of being associated with the Mahaparayan, Baba is probably trying to see if I have been able to show full Shraddha and Saburi towards my faith in Him. I confess that I am an ordinary person full of faults. I still need to learn a lot in life. Sometimes I almost feel like giving up, as I am going through another low phase where my younger daughter has been suffering from depression for the last 3 years now. She is on therapy and medication. This has shaken us up totally.

In one helpless moment I also consulted the astrologer who said that all the planetary positions are negative and there is little hope for her this year. I am a fool. I had momentarily forgotten that only Baba’s grace can make the impossible possible. Yes He can. I will not give up and everyday when I read a chapter of Sai satcharitra and also during Mahaparayan reading on Thursdays, I give Udi to my daughter, asking Baba to heal my child. I have vowed to take her to Shirdi with me if she heals and is able to clear her board examination this year. I know with all the miracles I read on Mahaprayan, mine will also come true.

Love You Baba. Please forgive me when I falter and scold You. Bless me and everyone who needs Your grace. Bless me Baba so that I can write another post here to tell the world of You and Your miracles during Mahaparayan. Forgive me Baba for this long post as these days, I sometimes feel low. I promise the next one will be short and full of joy to share with the world another miracle of Yours.
