My experience is about how Baba has helped us in selling our property and buying a new property.
We had booked a new 3 bhk flat and for the entire property value we took some amount of loan. For the balance money we had to sell our 21 year 2bhk flat. Only after selling that we could pay the balance money for our new home. Many people came to see our home but nothing got finalised.
I have been reading the Global Mahaparayan for more than 2 years. I just prayed to Baba in helping us sell our 2 BHK home. With Baba’s blessings we sold our old home to a Baba devotee himself who is also in the Global Mahaparayan group now. Incidentally they came to our home on Thursday and paid us a token advance on the same day. We also sold our old property and took possession shifted to our New home just about 1 month before the pandemic started.
Our heartiest thanks to Sai. I always believe that He is always protecting me and my family.

My name is Arun Kumar. I am from Bangalore (India). I had a shop which I had given for rent at the beginning. I used to get rent correctly but later after 6 months the tenant stopped giving the rent and was also not vacating the shop for more than one year.
After that I requested Baba to listen to my prayers. Within a month the tenant called me and vacated the shop. Without Sai Baba nothing can happen. The entire world is running with His blessings, without Baba’s blessings my life is zero. Om Sairam.
