Baba’s pastimes are endless and each of His pastimes makes us feel His presence as well as reminds us of His assurance,“I will leave my body but run for my devotees.” On the evening of 30 January 2020 , Friday when me and my children went to the market in the back of the house to buy clothes for Baba, so the diya placed near the idol of Baba was dropped by the rat, which caused a fatal fire in the house. There was such a distance between the diya and statue of Baba that fire became a puzzle. But in the end we explained to our mind that the rat might have pulled out the burning wick and was very sorry for our mistake. When we know that the rats had grown in the house, why not keep the diya outside? When we came back home only after 30 minutes and opened it, the whole house was filled with black smoke. As soon as the eyes of mine and children went towards the idol of Baba, for a few minutes we felt as if it was all over. The children were crying loudly and I was at zero.
After some time Baba gave courage and a voice came from the temple of heart that, “I am in your heart and I did not go anywhere.” Then something normal happened and I saw Baba’s idol from near. So the small idols were completely burnt and the big idol of Baba was half burnt but the children painted and fixed the idol in 3 – 4 days.
Now listening to further experience, we went to the market for 30 minutes only and during this time the fire was ignited and extinguished. The intensity of the fire was so high that it was not possible to extinguish the fire without a fire brigade (seeing the ceiling as it was known), but our kind Sai Maa took that fire on Himself and the whole house even the temple was adjacent (we call our home temple Dwarkamai, because in it the photo of Baba is in Dwarkamai pose). There was a big picture of Baba and many big and small pictures also which weren’t even touched by fire. The small pictures of Baba and Maa, small idols of Shri Ganeshaji and Baba, a coin with Baba’s face, and Baba’s lantern were burnt. A photo in which the picture of the time of construction of the Baba’s Samadhi temple, Baba was sitting there while He was in the body, nothing happened to that photo. Similarly some more pictures of Baba are also safe. But the small idol of Baba which we found outside the Shirdi Samadhi Temple, even after being completely burnt, His blessing hand remained the same. When we picked up the big idol to paint, Baba’s face clearly appeared at three places on the wall, as Shri Guru Dev Datta Himself appeared to protect our family.
A month later the daughter had her 12th board exams. Nearby was her books, my documents and the whole house, but our mercy incarnate Baba took it all on Himself and did not let the heat come over us. Baba did not let even a speck burn and extinguished the fire before our arrival too. Our lives are dedicated at Baba’s lotus feet, He runs it as He wants. But being a daughter of Baba, pray to them that let us suffer the fruits of our sins because we cannot see our Father in this way. Salutations to You Swami and Sashtang Pranaam. Calamity comes to wash our sins and when Baba comes in between He bears some part of our sins upon Himself; like if ten stones were coming on us but because of Baba in between only few of them come upon us. This is due to some good merits of ours earned with His blessings like reading and chanting, vrat etc.(I feel so, as those books like Kasht Nivaran, Vishnu Sahastranama, Satcharitra etc. were not harmed). Telling from my very own personal experiences, when such things happen it was proved that some big calamity was on our way but Baba took it away upon Himself. He is the most merciful. Archanaji I must say that the love of your children made Baba to come and get fixed very beautifully.
Baba is the shade in the hot scorching sun, an umbrella when its is raining badly or the fresh breeze when we are breathless in this life’s story. He is the merciful mother Who wouldn’t mind suffering unbearable pain (just as in chapter 7 of SSC) but would be always glad to be the Saviour of His children. From the above incident He again proved that no matter what, His blessing hand would always be there for His children. Whoever rests in His Dawarkamaai’s shade will always be protected.
It is upto us to see the blessing in calamity or vainly blame Baba in calamity. Keep chanting and reading the holy books and certainly it will never go waste. It will somehow bounce back to you when most needed. Love You Deva. Jai Jai Ho Sai!😊– Pooja Garg

Om Sairam 🙏 really if someone suffer sai can't see them suffering …in sacharitra I remembered one miracle tht bba saved a small baby from the fire he put his hand in the fire n saved tht little baby he took all the pain …by seeing of this miracle he took all the pain from ur family I think good days will come to u archana ji …thts y took all ur pain om Sairam plz surrender to baba heartfully he will remove all ur pain plz baba protect ur children from bad situations om Sairam 🙏🙏🙏 love u baba
