I read many articles of Baba’s miracle grace during the COVID period and from that time I too thought of sharing my experience some day. Though Baba blesses us each day, we feel it only when we completely surrender with faith.

For the past few months we were troubled by one family who was not vacating our house and was not giving rent too. We wanted to sell that property but because of this family we were finding it difficult. After trying everything we surrendered it to Baba and sought His guidance.
I started weekly Parayan and felt much relieved from anxiety. Baba’s grace helped me to clean my inner self too. In the whole process Baba guided me to keep blessing the family and never think ill of them. Finally with Baba’s grace they found a better place and they moved out of our house.
The losses we incurred was due to our past karmic accounts with them, Baba helped us to settle that with them.
I pray that Baba keeps blessing and guiding the whole world with His divine grace. Let us all grow towards spirituality with a lot of Shraddha and Saburi. Let us surrender ourselves to Baba, our Sadguru.

Sai Baba works in ways beyond our comprehension. What seems like a problem is often His way of settling our past karmas and preparing us for something better. The act of weekly parayan is not just about reading it is surrendering, it is cleansing and it is allowing Baba to guide every thought and every step. This article deepens my conviction that where Baba’s pothi is read with Shraddha and Saburi, Baba Himself is present. He clears our paths and opens new doors when the time is right.
