A Story On Baba’s Blessings During Mahaparayan

Shirdi Sai Devotee Sneha ji From USA Says:

My name is Sneha M D, Roll No. 47 in MP-94 Dipti US. First of all, thank you very much Pooja ji for this opportunity. I learnt to be very positive after I started to read Shri Sai Satcharitra. Baba will bless you. I would like to share a small story where I felt the presence of Baba.

It was New Years’ Eve and I decided to spend the night with Baba, hence, I went to the temple. As soon as I entered, I saw a vendor selling the New Years’ (2019) calendars with Baba’s pictures on them and everyone were purchasing them. It was a very difficult phase of life for me and I just had $10 in my account with no job in hand. So, when I saw those calendars, I thought in my mind, “I wish I had enough money to buy them.” That moment really hurt me badly because I couldn’t afford to buy a calendar! I was so low and convinced myself that I shall buy them once I get a job.

Then, I walked and sat for the ‘Shej Aarti’. Beside me, I saw a small kid sitting along with his father and they had the calendar with them. The aarti started and I was totally involved in it. I didn’t notice the surroundings at all. After the aarti was completed, I opened my eyes and saw that the calendar was lying next to me. I couldn’t find the kid and his father. I searched them everywhere to return the calendar to them and stood in the same place for a long time to see if they would come back to collect it, but no one turned up.

Initially, I thought Baba was testing my loyalty whether I would return back the calendar or not, but later I realized that Baba listened to my inner voice and He Himself gave the calendar to me, blessed me and showed His presence. I was into tears. That moment was so priceless! Today, I have a job and enough money to help others. I am very grateful to Baba and will continue to do seva to Him.”
