Baba Showed Me The Ray Of Hope

Om Sri Sai Ram. I am from California, USA. I have been part of the Mahaparayan group for the past 2 years and my husband also recently joined the Mahaparayan group. I wanted to share my recent experience with all the Sai devotees.

My husband was not well a couple of months back. One day he suddenly started feeling that he was going to faint. He said, his chest was all compressed and tight and one of his hands was all numb. This lasted for a few minutes and he was back to normal after that. As soon as he told me this, I couldn’t understand what was going on with him as he is a very healthy person. We immediately took an appointment with his primary doctor and explained everything to the doctor.

Doctor has asked my husband to go for two tests which were related to his heart, and also prescribed some blood tests to be done.
Listening to the doctor’s advice, I almost collapsed. I was worried a lot about his health and was praying to Baba. I did not want to be sad in front of my husband, rather I wanted to give him more support and make him feel stronger. I did not want to share with my kids and wanted to be normal in front of them. I was trying to be as normal as possible in front of them.

All the desires I had in my life felt very small in front of my husband’s health. All the worries I had prior to this incident felt like nothing.
I couldn’t sleep that night as I was very scared thinking about what if something was not right after the test results came. I was praying to Baba continuously, I couldn’t control and kept crying throughout the night. That night I saw some bright light when I closed my eyes. I tried to distract myself multiple times by moving from one side to the other side and opening my eyes and closing again but I was still seeing the same light which was very bright and emitting rays. Initially I did not understand what it was, I never saw such a light before that night when I closed my eyes. I thought probably these rays were nothing but rays of hope. Baba was giving me some hint that everything was going to be normal, I felt like Baba was blessing me. I prayed to Baba saying, if the cardio test results come normal, I will write my experience on the Mahaparayan group.

My husband went for lab tests the very next day. All his lab tests came normal except that his cholesterol numbers were a little higher. We couldn’t find the appointment immediately for his cardio tests. He finally got a call from the doctor’s office about the appointment and on the 5th day he got the appointment. He gave his tests and came home. Those test results usually don’t come immediately. I was very, very stressed all these days. Baba is the only One Who knew what I was going through. I did not lose faith in Him, I constantly prayed to Baba. Test results came after a week, and the doctor’s assistant called us and informed us that the results were normal. I was very happy to hear the news. I thanked Baba for what He did. Baba is always there to help His devotees. Never lose faith in Him.

I am Jayanthi Menon, a member of the Mahaparayana group MP- 6022N1. My group symbols are Sachidanand Sai Sakal, Jeev, Jantu, koti. I would like to share my experience after joining this group.

A bird is visiting my house daily and is asking for food sitting on my kitchen window sill. It waits till I give my bhog to bhagwan ji in the morning and then it will have its share. It likes boiled rice a lot. This is happening now-a-days. I have been staying in this house for the past twenty five years. But this kind of thing didn’t ever happen till now. I think I was directed by Baba to serve all Jeev Jantu.
